really stuck with Lvl 41-The Lonely House

i found the dotted letters on paper.jpg and a guy who invented a cipher. i know the dotted letters are gonna be the inner wheel but i can't figure out the letters on the source. they are suppose to tell me how to put the inner wheel, right? i tried some ciphers but they didn't work. can anybody help?

The letters in the source are the key. To know HOW to use it, just look for the way to use the wheel as the guy invented it! If you still can't, start from the beginning!

I've found dotted letters from the image too. And I know the letters of the source are the key.. but how can I match them up? I mean..there's no "K" in the outer wheel..

You're right, there is no "K" in the outer disk ... but in the inner one it is! So line it up with a letter in the outer disk. Which one? The first one!

Level 46 Hidden-principle (If each letter match...)

So, what should I answer? "? ?? ??" part?
I think I know the rule of numbers(value).

According to this rule(principle), for example.. A=3, C=0, D=1, X=2...

Am I on wrong track? But I can't convert numbers to letters
