If this is the amnesya HQ one, you are almost there. Just take a closer look at that picture (the one that says it was a lie)

Still hopelessly stuck on urban...

can't figure out the name of the song. The tune is now stuck in my head, and I know it is a very familiar tune. I think it was a pop song from the 80s or 90s. But I can't think of the name or any of the lyrics. And without that, there is nothing I can google. Also, I'm still not sure what to do with the times, or how to apply them to my partial answers.

I have solved the equation, but I don't know how it combines with serial. I have a name from qwerty, which I assume is the username. I also think that I get the pw from the equation + serial, and the answer for the Door from the username/pw.

Ive been stuck at the same point for over 24 hours, someone please help!

Yay, got the puzzle word (g*****s). Now I need Pinocchio, Mind the gap and Rap. With mind the gap, I counted the gaps and got 6 3 5 3 6 6 11 10 (FCECFFKJ, don't think thats right ). Am I on the right track? Or completely wrong?

Random info: I just realised that they changed #49! It used to be a pendulum but now it's a Coyote doll Still the same answer though.

It's random. Try refreshing (or erasing cookies and cache, and reloading) and you will see that for 49 the two different levels they designed will come up one after the other.
