        Riddle 56

        Need some help with Riddle 56 please. Entitled "A Coded Riddle." Something to do with the number 13. I think I have to use a cypher, but I can't find one, nor am sure if that will work. Can anyone help me out with this please.

                            well snap that was easy enough to think i tried everyway possible and then looked at it with fresh eyes and boing there it was
