it's a caesar cipher that follows the "left right left left right left" in order to decode

usually with a caesar cipher you pick the direction of the letters...so in this case look one letter to the left, then one to the right then to the left so on and so on

Right guys - this just isn't working. I've followed every hint given by everyone and it still won't work. Can someone who knows the answer check this spoiler and tell me what I'm doing wrong:

I'm new to this riddle thing but I'm determined to persevere!

Having finally got past level 2 with a little help I'm stuck on level 4 - I don't know what to do with the numbers - can anyone get me started?

check the page source..it tells you want the numbers are associated with...you'll just have to do a little research after that

Now...i'm still stuck on 17, i looked at your hint reckless and i still can't get it

Edit: Got it...didn't unscramble the letters, that was the issue lol

For 17, it's all about counting...once you have the sets of numbers. Remember, everything starts at 0.

Is anyone at 24? I could use a hint here...

Thanks for helping me with the web-site etc - however, I suspect this riddle thing is not for me or I am incredibly thick! I've looked at the page source and I cannot see what the numbers are associated with - do you have to be a programmer or something to understand these riddles?

Anyway, before I slope off suitably embarrassed can you put me out of my misery and tell me something more meaningful about the numbers - I will then try not to bother you again!

Use an Ascii chart and look at the numbers they gave and fill in the letters from the Ascii chart...also, after you get the name of the place, don't try to find it's capital - think of something a little more obvious...don't worry i've needed help with most of these riddles but being a programmer definitelly helps lol...i'm not one

sry, bout tht pic. didn't it would load only in IE, don't use Mozilaa Firefox myself.

a line on the top to the left side of ka means ke, similarly a dash to the left side of any alphabet like ra, da will be re, de, etc. that is how we write vowels in Indian scripts. since the, examples are given for only ka everywhere, you might want to chk the vowel type for all vowels and apply here.
