Use an Ascii chart and look at the numbers they gave and fill in the letters from the Ascii chart...also, after you get the name of the place, don't try to find it's capital - think of something a little more obvious...don't worry i've needed help with most of these riddles but being a programmer definitelly helps lol...i'm not one

well level 9 was to do with a book. If who google the text you while find a famous book in which there is a reference about another book in which the text was firstly written.
