If you notice the clue, it starts with
OK. Then, his hint starts with okay.

go on oneacross.com, use the cryptogram solver there, ive been fiddling about with it for a bit and theres a possibility it might work but it means fiddling about with spacing and stuff x

not an atbash for a start.....not a vinegere or whatever as we know not the keyword......not barcode cypher, or baconian. ive tried all those
