that would be your basic "key" type cipher.

you have all you need in the picture with purple hell-cipher and keyword are there

the riddle is good hurleyup-just letting off a bit of steam

the key is in italics-then you need purple hell and then you need to read some earlier posts

when you decipher the random numbers youll get a word and then you can google that word to fill in the question marks.

and the hint to what cipher to use is also displayed, you just have to look as some of the last ones.
