Shrink it. A little technical know-how is required

Details suck. Honestly. Details are useless in this level. But you know what is useful? A pencil and paper.

Shrinking it is the easiest way, but you need your own server to do that. So you could just use a pad of paper and draw stuff.

Level 19 can be solved many, many ways. Shrinking would be easiest if you have the knowledge already and your own site.
