I'm stuck on 13 part 36. I know it must be a level where the answer is right before my eyes but obviously I'm blind right now.

Oh for crying out loud. I keep forgetting about the box at the bottom and keep trying to put the answer in the url.

How on earth do i do 14?

I have no idea where to start on 19 with trying to figure out what it all means. Ive heard of shrinking the page, which apparently is the easiest way, yet too technical to do for the average user. Ive also heard mention of using a pencil and paper...yet i dont see what i would be using those for not too mention if im drawing lines according to the width of the pages it would take a good day or two since moving form one side of the screen to the other takes forever and a day. Any help would be great.
