say the second clue out loud and look at the last to see if there is a word that is easy to translate-you have two letters then

on the highway-ive even looked at 00 gauge railway and tunnels in hills because of the bottom word

i noticed that if u google image i******* highways u get a lof of map thingys that have purple and red lines on them but i cant progress from there
