Still trying to get there!

Go to OddPawn main site here http://www.oddpawn.com/
and look at the menu options to the left. The last option is "My levels". You can find any level or checkpoint you have passed there.

I have had a look at all my previous levels, but I think the picture on the back of the 'naked lady' must be an egg which I can't get to, because all I can do is to get to the next level. Any ideas how I can get to the picture I need?

Is anyone able to help me on level 47, think this is where i gave up last time too, lol!
It's the phobia one, I've got to the egg page with loads of words on it. My speakers don't work so I cant listen to the sound on the page which apparently is needed so I'm kinda stuck

I identify the hand and found the first egg. I think I know the food plate and matches to a poker hand but I cannot get the answer

i thought i had the right answer based on the patttern of this level but nothing im trying seems to be working, is he not worried that she's naked? any hints greatly appreciated. level 47 still, by the way
