Level XLVIII (XIII) Help Requested

I'm stuck on level XLVIII (XIII) and could use a hint. I have 3 eggs, but do not know what to do with them. Googling the eggs singly and together did not suggest anything to me. Nor did looking at various character combinations using the information in the video. The hint in the source helped get the three eggs, but further searches of all available alternatives has not produced any more. If the video has any audio I am unable to hear it. A gentle nudge in the right direction from here would be appreciated.
