Tango & Jack o'Lantern

Can anyone give me a big hint on tango or Jack?
Tango - I'm out of ideas and can´t even get an egg.
Jack - I got an egg but don't know what to do with it.

For Elrond, I'm on the second egg

the one with the middle letters of the alphabet

For Wiggum, I have all 10 eggs (11 in fact, but can't really use the last one)

Problem is..

I can't anagram the eggs into something meaningful

Is anyone around who has solved the anagram in Gandalf? I have all the letters, but can't change them into anything meaningful. One of the longer words will most likely be enough help. I know that part of the meaningful sentence is a two letter word
