I have no idea what to do for level 43 (the level wears prada). It's been two days and I'm losing my mind! Someone please help me!!!

I've read the text over and over again. I've read it backwards, upside down, vertically, and every other way possible. I still have no clue of what to do. I've read from other people that I'm supposed to find numbers, but for the life of me, I can't find any numbers at all. Can you pm me please? I'm about to put my fist through my laptop! Lol, thanks!

Last time I played was a couple of years ago.
Now i'm stuck with level 48 (chapter one).
My mother tongue is spanish, so it's very difficult to me to understand the words.
