Gran Turismo

Hey

Hopefully someone here are able to help me a bit in the right direction...

I'm on level Gran Turismo in the easy oddventure - and I just don't get it. Have gotten one egg telling me that's it's the question but not for them.... And I keep getting told from posts on the official forum that I just have to interpret the eggs the same way as I got the first egg, but that makes absolutly no sense to me... Can anyone give me a more solid hint?

Level Gran Turismo is the level where "the answer is right in front of you" and the picture of a Hotel note in english Spanish and I think Italian.
