Gah... Stuck on Oscar. It's obvious what needs to be done (Step 1 at least) but my knowledge of cars is close to none o_o;;; Found 9 Already, can't find the rest. Are there any obscure asian brands or something? And the 2-letters long one... does it even count?

This one is very tricky to solve. First. you must understand the statement...You are the pic. If U R the pic, what R U? Think about it for awhile.
