Totally stuck on Delta and Boromir..

For Boromir: I found only a four letter word in the picture and got to a 9-letter key which lets me know that that is what I'm seeing in the picture.. Now totally, completely stuck..
For Delta: Don't see how to change punctuation any more to read it the way I should..

Can anyone please help me?

On delta, mix the vowels with the constanants to make a sentence, then do as it asks.
For Borromir: Had me stuck for ages, and had to ask for loads of help, yet it is so simple.
The title is credence, and you have the 9 letter word starting with the 4 letter word you found. So, use the 9 letter word on the title until IT fits
