any help with isildur. i keep skipping over this chapter hoping the answer will hit me (which it obviously hasn't)

i have two eggs each giving me 3 letters. I've been told that i should focus on the line: unlock begins... for the last part but I've hit a wall...again

Only clue I can think of is what are you making when you fold a piece of paper ? (further hint: my son had me making hundreds of these when he was growing up))

You might think you know the names of those countries, but you need to make sure that name is what a native would call it.

I definitely have the names for 3 of the countries...I******** is a little iffy. Maybe that's throwing me off because I am getting nothing with the DOWN part of the riddle

I am working on Scarecrow in the Dark Pawn.. have found all eggs, and the "names" of them, but i can't see the correct word that i need, i am pretty sure i didn't miss anything here.

Allso working on Gandalf in Return of the pawn. I am totally not into crosswords at all. Tried to look up on the net, but there are waaaaaay too many possibilities on this one... I have found about the h** though...

For Scarecrow, look very carefully at all aspects of the pictures, titles/names/properties etc. This should help.

With Gandalf: As you can see, you need all 15 letters. PM me what you have and I'll see if I can hint at some.

Have just tried myself, and it seems that the site has been 'updated' (though it isn't as good as it used to be!).
If you google 'purple hell', you should get the new site. The info is on there, but you need to look very hard.
You may be better off using some sites recommended by (in my opinion), a brilliant oddpawner. It's a gamershood site and can be found at :

They give a list of loads of sites useful to riddlers. (Thanks Brainisdead, hope you don't mind me passing this on)

Start with 'old irish prison', and try and find out what the "scoring (# )" of days means
