Okay after some time away I am back at it... I am still stuck on all the levels I was stuck on before.. and have been trying to find adequate hints to get me unstuck but maybe I am too rusty now! LOL!
For Example~ Elrond.. have all six letters.. cannot get them to make any sense with any anagram solver. GRR.

And here I thought taking some time off I would see the light, nope, not quite.

On Elrond, try swapping the d for a b. Think there may have been a flaw in the riddle.

Thank you Jasina, That was the whole problem on Elrond. Funny to have been stuck on that for so long because of an error on their part. Silly.

I could use some help on Grand Theft Auto.. what IS that?!

Fredo Corleone~ I think I must have something wrong because it just isn't working out for me. I have looked at many different gift "registries" and nothing is working.

Mr. Hyde~ I know it is doing the addition like in that other level in Chapter 1... but my letters will not reveal any words whatsoever.

And alas~ Hermione is still on my list of stuck levels. I know that game and how it is played, but to me it looks to be unsolveable. I have never played the game, but got the instructions from you awhile ago. I hate this level!! It should be so easy...

Had a good run on up to Gandalf on chapter 3. The crossword has me stymied. I have a few clues filled in, but I'm so far away, and I'm not even sure about several that I have.

I think I'm going to fork off onto a different chapter, as this particular puzzle has stopped being fun right now. lyra, if you get up to this and want to try to tackle it together, let me know.

Fredo: No idea where they came up with this. It's the name of a relative of Elizabeth !!
Mr Hyde: Keep working on the math idea, it does work.
Hermione: The game is called mastermind. It was popular in the 1970's. Basically a game of logic. (if you need further help, feel free to get in touch)

Mastermind used to wreck peoples brains !!! You need to have the knack of doing this type of puzzle, being around in the 70's gave me the advantage of having to do these types of puzzles to keep up with my peers (it was hard then, BC [or Before Computers] we had to learn the hard way)
