What's the difference between the two groups of letters, how should they be combined? concentrate more on the constonants.

No, I haven't got a clue. it's just a damn recipe with things missing as the list is at an angle, so how are you supposed to google that?

try and find what's usually made using those ingredients.
Do a google search with all those in it.
