Hi everyone! I am also stuck on Foxtrot, since 2:30am (it's 10:15am for me now). And there seems to be no help available.
I've checked 3 other forums and asked in two of them and nothing, everyone seems to be stumped...except for the 5 who solved it, of course, lol. I have come to basically the same conclusions as you and none of then help...I think. I;m sure once we solve it we'll be like "Oh, of course! Duh!"
I'll keep checking and if I find any hints I'll post them here.

we found no use for them YET sheera.
QXC has added some good info though. And you have everything I had until QXC PM'ed me ;-)
Oh.
I wonder if they help with that green puzzle as a key perhaps?
I also wonder IF we have to solve that original puzzle they didn't use? Bet we do.

ignore the hotel. The room numbers are more important

there are coordinates scattered across the page. Find them and put them together

incidentally, I was the first to solve that level *looks smug* though they've changed the answer from what it originally was.
