The 'think outside the box' is meant literally. Keep in mind the

U R L clue (you are elle)

. You DO have to add something to URL. Try another way of writing the phrase from the pic into the URL,

changing 2 words for symbols

. Once you got that you'll get the answer right there under the "You are the pic"
