The hint I was given earlier was that each of the articles represent a number, we need to find what that is and add up



EDIT: We got Mike! (ksngns, yumz and I, with DonDs help). It IS about

numbers

and no, not like the

"Devil wears Prada" one.

Each thing represents one number. Nothing to do with the years.

If I can think of more hints without giving it away I'll post LOL
