Thank you for the help brainisdead!
Unfortunately, although I successfully downloaded the program and did a screen capture like you said, I could not get the program to do anything (whenever I tried to alter the brightness, contrast, etc., nothing happened). I just don't think I am meant to play this game...LOL

I swear by the free pic editor irfanview that you can get at http://www.irfanview.com/ or www.download.com and search the site for it.

Once you get this software and load it on your computer. Right click the pic on level 4. Select "save as" and save it to your desktop. Then open irfanview and then use the program to open the pic file. It should open it for you. If this is not successful for you so far, then PM me with what you did and what the unfortunate result was. If it worked, then play with gamma and brightness (in irfan's drop down menus, select image, then enhance colors) and look to the bottom left of the pic to see if you see something. PM me if you are still having issues. Maybe I can still be of help.
