once the gif is open in irfanview choose Options
then choose extract all frames.
works every time ;-)

ps. my version is 3.99 and that does it so yours certainly should.

That option is not available in my program with this gif.
I see the option, but it's simple not "highlighted" in the menu...

if its an animated gif with more than 1 frame it should be available.
i dont think that option is one of the plugins you have to downlad.
mind you i've got ALL the available plugins you can get off the official site for it so maybe you need them too.
