It is not the Vigenere cipher you used earlier. Find out what he DID invent.

There are number sin the source, what could they indicate in regard with the page you see?

You indeed need a guitarist, what band/song could be meant? 'appropriate' usually refers to something just discussed. What did you do before getting to level 30a?

i've been stuck here for 2 days and i've tried every hint i've had in the forum and still cannot get anything....i still need some help!

You can work on it in the source itself.

And as I mentioned earlier:

delete the <br> and the space before that. And the space between the lines also, so that the first letter is going up to the previous line. Then play with the window width of the source and with the letter size.

You should see 3 lines of words.

But I tell you, it's a pain until you can read it

Edit: i finally got some letters, but they're not making sense......well, only the first word is completely legible and makes sense...the other 2 i got don't.

I know what he really invented but I still can't decipher more then the beginning using what he didn't really invented.

I've tried using the numbers in the source on the page but can't come up with anything!!
