The haiku one goes twice yes. The poem tells you what to do with those levels ("take the first"). You'll get a sequence of 8 letters. It won't be a word

You're away on vacation for a week and everything happens...
I'm the creator of the puzzle. I would have replied sooner (such as when I didn't have to read through 33 pages), but I had no internet access. Anyway, I have a few comments:
1. The link on level 21 has been fixed. I was thinking of the wrong thing at the time.
2. To satisfy your curiosity, there are 37 levels at the moment. This may go up soon, however.
3. I see that some of you have been having trouble with capitalisation. I'm probably going to put in a few redirects in there, so it won't be as much of a problem.
4. The kumquats will continue until morale improves.
