ive noticed...

that the bottom row has only 1 space btwn each word and the rest before have a dbl space.

dont know if that is important or not.
also...

the creator of the game said that all you need is the background and a bucket...؟? whatever that means

Well, I'm not playing this game, but from the second hint that you mentioned, here my guess:

You might need to open the image in Paint and use the bucket on it

im still getting no where. i tried coloring the pic with the same color as the letters but no luck.
when i was fiddling with paint, i noticed...

the black background is blacker then what it is on top.

its very unnoticeable. which brought me to the conclusion there is something else there that is very unnoticeable. the answer.

i dont want to be feed this answer but i do ask for one more clue.

Well, the hint by the creator was quite obvious, but what do you know: The picture actually contains two words, both of which aren't the answer (well - one sort of is, but not really...).
Now I have no idea where to apply the first word, tried various bits of information, but nada...
