Thanks! I got it! I'd already looked to the source but didn't noticed it had that part down there. So, here goes a hint...

The bottom of the source has a link and a webpage name. You have to know how to use them both. In that page you'll find the command that the creator used to make that red box in the picture, and that's the answer. That '69 px' (pixels) is the width and height of the box.

Hmm... Everytime we go to the "Congratulations" page there's a letter... Maybe we'll need it for something.

(Really) stuck on 13... All I see is white. I think there isn't a single pixel that isn't 'pure' white ._.
