Unscrambled sentence in source. No idea what it refers to.

Still no idea which track is the correct one

Ah, this is a hard one, look at the source code again, what else does it tell you about the scrambled words? I think I have seen a recent show that has used this joke before, though what is that (stupid) joke??....

Well, there are a LOT of things in the source, so no idea to which one you refer. And I have no idea what show you have taken it from.
Is it solvable without having seen that show?

Yes, it is possible to solve it without seeing the show (as the joke has been around before then). I will give you another hint, the other clue is very close by the scrambled words, once you unscramble the words, try to think of the other end of the joke!
