Could you share a hint on HD? I know I'm looking for

the birth of someone in the year given, and have also noticed that the commet appeared this year in Dec, but I can't find a connection beyond that.

Maybe I could help you with EF when I get there.

and about EF: im from holland, so I don't now anything about other nations mottos, can u tell me what country cause I don't know a country with horizontal blue white red?
