If you got a page with a bunch of numbers in them, you are on the right track.
Now try to figure out how to modify these numbers so that you get the required word.
I was stuck for hours on this one, and finally got it.
If you still stuck PM me, and I'll give you a nudge in the right direction.

As for me, I am stuck at level 13, and appreciate any help there... I know the answer is lying in the source, but can't put my finger on it.
