Sadly not. I've been trying some anagramming but not getting anywhere yet. It looks to me like the sort of puzzle where you get the answer by reading the letters in the middle column, but so far I'm just drawing blanks. Got a couple of words within the letters, but nothing that uses all the letters so far.
