i've got up to you, unless you've figure 78 out

I'm really stuck on 78. Don't know what to do to the image in paint. The letters must stand for colours but nothing happens to the image when I change the colours. I am stumped!! But then that's normal for me and riddles.

It does have something to do with the initials RGB red green blue. I don't have paint. How else can one figure this out?

I was looking at another help area and it is said you need to open it up in paint or irfanview and:
every pic has got three values....that determines its color

like white is 255 255 255

black 0 0 0

u find out the values of the picture...

then convert it in to alphabets using A____ T____

then u get the answer

I don't have paint or irfanview so I am totally stuck

The problem is that I don't know enough about paint to find the values of the picture. I can change colours, size, and that's about it.

Will go back and look. I've got my brain on.

I think I've found the values bubt I get nothng when I try to convert them to letters. I presume I do it wth ascii???? I have 3 letters but they make no sense.

I'm having trouble with Level 18. That looks like a Picasso, but I can't find any mention of him painting that. Any hints?
