thats a county in the UK. find one shaped like it, and deduct what town it must be. you should be a hp fan to figure it out

i dnt think thats where were supposed to go with it. i think its significant that the license plate (from the book cover) is given in the name of the picture.

I don't think that has significance in regard to the question. I think it's just the name of the picture. But there's no reason for toe to be in quotes
