I had to ask soccerpiku for a big push on this one. For those who are still stuck...

think about "grades" you would get at school if you were smart.

Find the c*****l that has lots of high grades

It's eleven letters long and begins with "U"

If that doesn't help then feel free to PM. (I'm hopeless at posting hints)
