I thought

that it was a REPLICA of the Edvard Munch painting - the scream (or the cry)

but that didn't work.

After some googling it seems lika the initials AYO on the painting is a nickname for the artist Robert Aillaud. Although he doesn't seem to have any connection to Scott Jarkoff and there isn't anything with that name on deviantart.

so then maybe his painting has a 'replica' in one of the galleries?

How I figured it out? The creator updated the source code, since it seemed like the search engine hadn't indexed the page yet.
