Has anyone had this problem and had to start like this????? Help please as i want to play

@bluey007.....I have just tested it, and did not seem to have a problem. Maybe you could try clearing your cookies and cache, and trying again?

EDIT: Okay i went back to the beginning and re-read the first page: Each level requires a username and password which can be discovered by logical reasoning and creative thinking.

WELL i must be so un creative as i cannot even get pass Level 1... How are you suppose to work out a username and pasword to get through the door... Please if some could help shed some light on this game...

I clicked on the grey door in level 1 but a pop up screen pops up asking for username and password... Is this correct on level 1 to beable to get through the door? If so how are you suppose to work out the username and password for this level?
