for level 20 you need to save the pic and then you need some kind of programme that can open the filetype hinted at by what the lion says i am sorry to say photoshop wont work for this one

Edit...ok it is possible to find the 3 words by opening the image in note pad and looking at the bottom but is a bit unclear
