is Braille, but I can't figure out how to read it and translate??? Braille is a 3 X 2 format, but I can't find Braille Letters to work?? Any help?

Figure out the format on the blocks to determine the spacing. That will give you how many letters are needed. I used a braille to text translator online and got the alphabet representations, then converted.
