The "constant" mentioned by the waitress is something you add at the very end of a result of integration. Look at the first example (the one with sin and cos), at the last symbol (not counting the dot).

Arghh! Need Help!

I don't know enough about HTML to get this one. I tried the same approach from The Tough One but it didn't work. I then tried to copy and paste the code from The Tough One, adding 3d in front of things, but it messed it up royally. Help Plz.

Almost the same

I think that you have to do exactly the same as you did in The tough one. You will get a message that you don't come from a trusted place, but if your cookies are on, you should be able to return to the gate and then go to your current question, and you will see the next question.
There is also other way pass to both of these problems:

In Firefox it is easy to change cookies. You would have to figure out how cookies on this page work (especially challcode) and alter cookie to the code you see as the challcode param of the button. But the first way to do it is simpler and should work.
