You are right, the later levels were deleted as it seems. But if you read all in-between screens, you too know those levels were used for Shahar's second riddle.
Level 51-70 were all game levels and those inspired Shahar to make a games riddle, wherein he used the very same game levels as well, plus he of course added more levels to it. So if you want to play levels 51-70, start playing Who's Got Game.
