Okay, I am really stuck on level 11. I even haven't found any egg page. Is the number I am looking for related to the basilica on the picture or the state where it is standing? If not then I have been completely on the wrong track.

Another question: Have the two granny pages something to do with this level?

Uhmm well, I am still stuck at level 11. I got a bit distracted by dracula's riddle since I finally made progress after being stuck for weeks. I am now taking a little break of the riddles but I was thinking to start later today with your riddle again. I haven't really worked with BBGK's hint yet (my first thought failed) but if I can't work it out, I will PM you to ask for an additional hint.

Edit: Okay by reading the post this thread I assume I already had found the egg page while working on level 11.

It is the granny 2 page, right? I got it by clicking on the title of the riddle.

Edit: Well, I am stuck on level 13.

I removed what it told me to remove in 3 different ways from the url, but it didn't brought me to level 14. I took the hint very litterally, so maybe I have to think in a more cryptic way? I tried to do this while looking at the pic, but nothing I thought of worked so far.

taking the hint literally is the right way, but after the removing you need to do something else to get a sensible word...

The answer is in wiki. If you've found the egg page using wiki, then you already have the answer in the page. Be careful how you spell it - use exact Wiki spelling.
