Ok - for 21 I found a few things:

Besides the obvious in the comment section:

So I count four differences - no counting the title, level and difficulty

i see the 3 cyphers posted on page 35 for level 21 but don't know what to do with them? what cypher is used here

Hi steelersfan1982 - those ciphers are actually for level 20 - I have no idea how they play on 21.

The url ends in diff. If you search google for that you come up with a program that compares two files and finds the difference. This may be useful

someone help with 20? i got the 4 pages but don't know how to decrypt the gibberish...this has got to b one of the hardest riddles i've tried yet...i've only finished one so far, movie trail riddle..there were 194 levels in that

jlemaire - I found the differences with the program I used but I have no idea what I am supposed to use!

Level is different, difficulty is different, code is different, the *** tag, and all three words.

What do I do with this?
