36 is crazy - I think we can all agree that the answers to the questions are...

I have to admit to being completely stumped by the maths in 36!! Numbers and I just don't get along!!! It was driving me mad earlier!

EDIT: For 36 - Has anyone noticed how odd the problems are written? The English is choppy, the sentences end strangely - must be something there!

Someone told me that the creator is from Peking, so that may be why the English is kinda choppy.

I tried 2 (1x2, get it?)...but no.

863.8074 = 864 rounding it up,

but I have to confess Q1 was too complicated!!!!

Looking at the url, I tried the square root of Q3 and squared, but they didn't work....

I've been too long out of school, but will see if I get same answers.

Ok - I got a little hint on 36 - it's not just straight math. We have to consider

Relativity, space, time, etc

does it mean our 2 answers are incorrect, or does it refer to the multiplication process?

I remember something about when you are travelling near the speed of light, time acts diffrently for you. Maybe that affects answer number 2

I worked out number 1 using some relativity formulas and got

My guess is our answers are not right - the formulas we have used do not involve force, gravity or other outside variables.

#2 - still working on.

Well, the thing with #1 is that it says mass, not weight. So in my mind, that means that mass doesn't change with velocity...though I suppose you could go at it with E=mc2
