Hello Nice People!
Just found you and am impressed at the help dispensed here.
So I'm stuck on 3-6.
I know what it is, how to decode, but the problem is there isn't a multiple of 9 number of bars...What am I missing?

I gave up on this weeks ago cos 4-1 was sucking my life away time-wise.
But it keeps popping into my head, so I'm back. Can anyone give me a clue on this one please????
