Hmm. I went back to that page and the level has changed. I managed to get the answer though. Think about

the letters in relation to a certain table you need for chemistry and combine that with what shape it's in.

Ugh! I'm stuck on 3, nothing I try is working I've worked out the details but can't get the answer, even with the hints here and on the site.
