finally finished this wonderful endless rebus riddle!

solving level 99 drove me mad, because I was sure the answer is connected to the fact that there is no z in the letters, and in the end the answer had nothing to do with it. Why isn't there a z in the letters?

level 100 was surprisingly easy for me

first you need a common word to describe the position of the last two letters in comparison to the first one
when you got that, try using this word first in a sentence
