Ahh thanks guys! After a bit of searching I finally got that one, now for some juicy hints on 13 I know what those poles are, but I don't know what to make of them, help please!

Think of another name for the police and what the numbers are drawn with

I tried different names of the

police and neon, blue, lights

but nothing. Any suggetions?

but so far that's not getting me anywhere...
