Just google "1012" and "London", and the answer is in any of the first links

It's a rebus, and two of those words are going left

This is my first riddle and I'm enjoying it. I read the hints to level 9, but I don't understand what to do with it.... can someone help me?

Each number corresponds to the name of the level page.

Example: If the page was called Apple, and it was level 1, and on the riddle it said Level 1:4
that would mean the letter was "L" because it is the fourth letter get it?
